Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or invoice, is required.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

A full refund will be issued for the item price only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will review the case and arrange an exchange if the item meets our exchange conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
